How Can chest Pain Along With Breathlessness Be Treated?
I ve been in the hospital numerous of times for chest pain I ve have a stress Test a ech came back negative I m still having chest pain I m I m on pain Meds and taken out of work I m short of breathe still still fatigue face numb and low blood pressure what do I do
There can be various reasons for the chest pain with breathlessness as respiratory issues, low hemoglobin or other systemic illness than a heart problem.
If you can provide more details of chest pain - site, type, radiation if anywhere and all reports are done at the office of your doctor, a better line of management can be sorted out herewith.
At this point, I can suggest to
- relax as much as possible
- tablet paracetamol
- PPI as pantoprazole
- deep breathing exercise and YOGA
- maintain a sound sleep of 8 hours
- avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- avoid weight lifting.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
